Crealy Great Adventure Park & Resort is the South West’s largest family theme park attraction and is home to over 60 rides, attractions and live shows and zoo. Set in over 100 acres of glorious Devon countryside the business also consists of a large luxury lodge and camp resort that includes uniquely themed glamping accommodation.
About the role
The successful person will assist in the responsibility for the cleaning, presentation and maintenance of all of the Resorts holiday accommodation and the camping facility buildings. Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager, the Accommodation & housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of cleanliness within the Resort’s accommodation department, overseeing and organising and a large housekeeping team.

About the job
Working Mondays and Fridays are essential
Assist in recruiting, training and leading a large team of accommodation cleaners
Controlling labour and expenditure budgets in line with departmental budget and occupancy levels
Perform regular accommodation audits
Show excellent customer service skills in handling feedback and guest interaction
Monitor the performance of the cleaning and checking teams.
Assist in Managing all department stock including cleaning chemicals, linen and inventory
To organise the deep cleaning of accommodation units out of season
Work alongside with the maintenance, reception and management teams
Comply with company health & safety policies and procedures. (COSHH, manual handling, fire and safety procedures)
Salary of up to £9.50 per hour (depending on experience)
16 hours per week
Typical 9.15am – 4.30pm working day
