Crealy Great Adventure Park & Resort is the South West’s largest family theme park attraction and is home to over 60 rides, attractions and live shows and zoo. Set in over 100 acres of countryside the business also consists of a large luxury lodge and camping resort that includes uniquely themed glamping accommodation.

About the Role

Hours of work will vary according to the needs of our unique business, so a flexible approach is definitely required. This role is predominantly day based, with some evening work required to cater for our late night openings. Regular weekend and bank holiday working are a requirement of the job.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Retail  Department Team within our amazing Theme Park. Are you looking for a challenge? Have you got what it takes? Our aim is to create a fantastic experience by ensuring that our shops are fully operational and fully stocked at all times. You will liaise with the Retail  Manager to ensure total success of the Parks’ merchandising operation as part of your day to day role. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all of our retail outlets have sufficient stock lines to meet the demands of a fast moving and guest orientated environment.

About You

Previous experience of retail and merchandising stock rotation is essential. You will need to understand how to react to the needs of the business and be able to think on your feet and make decisions. You will also be expected to manage your time effectively and liaise with the Retail  Manager to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time. You need to be able to demonstrate a clear commitment to achieving high standards of guest service and have experience that backs this up. You will need to take responsibility and ownership of working to targets and delivering high quality guest experience. You will also have to be an excellent communicator and have an outgoing personality.


Salary – £18,000 per annum + bonus

Hours of Work – 42.5 hours per week
