About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Admissions & Guest Services Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the Admissions entrance all year round plus the Guest Services Kiosk inside the park. You will be busy ensuring fellow team are delivering great experiences. You will be leading and motivating the team and committed to delivering memorable experiences for our guests on a daily basis through parking cars and coaches, dealing with guest problems, giving advice and assistance, selling tickets and operating the turnstiles at the beginning of their day. This role will be taking ownership of guest issues and using strong initiative and a can-do attitude to leave a lasting positive impression of the park. A typical working day will be 9am till 6pm
You need to be a good listener and be able to motivate and inspire your team. You will also need to empower your team to deliver service recovery when issues arise. Previous experience of leading a team would be beneficial in this role but a full induction to the role with training will be given. You will need a thirst for knowledge of all things at Crealy. You will be expected to work closely with the Rides Manager, Sales Manager & Duty Managers to assist with all aspects of day to day operations including delivering daily briefs, cash lifts, queue line management and microphone hosting. You must be computer literate, possess “Guest First” mentality, be proactive in greeting and assisting guests knowledge of IT equipment and be comfortable working with money.
